As full-stack software engineer, your mission will be to:
- Deliver shippable features as part of our Scrum teams
- Suggest, influence, develop and implement innovative solutions to improve and enrich our software solution portfolio
- Depending on your experience, accompany and coach junior developers in your area of expertise
Our ideal candidate should have:
- Relevant professional experience in software engineering
- Solid experience of writing and testing quality software using object-oriented concepts
- Excellent grasp on core Java and the Java-based technology stack in general
- Working experience with JPA/Hibernate, Spring, SQL, relational databases
- Pragmatic experience with Angular or any other front-end framework would be a nice one to have
- Some knowledge of industrialized software development tools and practices such as Git, Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Maven, JUnit, continuous integration, Docker and Kubernetes just to name a few
- Keen interest and knowledge on DevOps and cloud architecture solutions

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support the Group’s continued adoption of Agile and serve as a coach and facilitator.
In this context, your mission will be to:
As a Scrum Master, we will of course expect you to be familiar with sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, product backlog, user stories… We will also expect you to know the difference of roles and responsibilities between product owner, business analyst, project manager and scrum master. And we will expect you to be committed to agile values and be fully dedicated to the team and its success.
So how will you bring value? By embarking the team on the Agile Journey. And here’s how:
- You must be very knowledgeable with agile principles and tools, including Software Craftsmanship’s principles, Agile BABOK, XP, FDD…
- You fully understand the intrinsic values and purpose of Agile principles against traditional approaches
- You grasp every opportunity to build relationships and partnerships across the organization.
- You help the team and organization adopt the Agile principles: you ensure that the team adheres to its principles and processes, adopts new practices and behaviours; you ensure that the organization sees the benefits of becoming Agile; you act as a change agent when implementing scrum.
- You support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management, understand product planning in a given environment, ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that maximises the delivery of value.
- You identify and proactively remove impediments, be they technical, organizational or people related. You get satisfaction when solving problems. You are ecstatic when the team performs at its best. You know when to push and when to step back. You seize opportunities to amplify learnings.
- You act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile, self-organized and to be at their best.
- You work alongside other Pictet Technologies’ Scrum Masters by sharing knowledge, experiences, ideas to increase the effectiveness of Scrum within the organization.
Our ideal candidates should have:
- Outstanding communication (French and English), leadership and influencing skills: you master the art of positive relationships building
- Great didactic, analysis and listening skills
- Comfortable with ambiguous or conflictual situations: in such situations, you know how to convey the right message to the right people, you keep your composure and confidence and do not lose sight of the big picture
- You are genuine, open, confident and courageous
Previous experience
- Coaching and mentoring experience
- Proven experience in implementing scrum
- Technical background is a must, you were a developer in a previous life

As Pictet Technologies continues to grow, we are expanding the new implementation team for Pictet’s Enterprise Data Management (EDM) program using NeoXam Data Hub (NDH).
Therefore, we are looking for a developer who would like to become Junior Master Data Management Engineer and who will support our Core banking products.
In this context, your mission will be to:
- Write well designed, testable and efficient parameters/code using NDH script language in accordance to story’s requirements.
- Build data interfaces to import and export data to and from NDH.
- Build data quality checks on reference data according the business requirements (ex: financial assets).
- Setup and design NDH data dictionary following the business data model defined with data architects and NDH experts.
- Define & write unit tests
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve and enrich our software solution portfolio.
- Deliver shippable features as part of a dedicated Scrum team.
Our ideal candidates should have:
- Advanced degree in software engineering or equivalent
- Experience in RDBMS model and SQL statements
- Interest or experience in ETL concepts and tools
- A keen interest in Data Management
- Ability to work as part of an agile team
- Knowledge of file structure like XML/XSD, JSON and CSV
- Strong interest and motivation to learn bank business areas:
- Financial instruments, pricing, indices domain
- Bloomberg messages feeding (Six, WMdaten, Reuters, Fund Info,….)
- Transactional flows in and out
- Funds domain
- Legal reporting

As a Senior Software test engineer your mission will be:
- Design the best test framework for the specific development platform you will work on which can include proprietary products like Appway, Neoxam …
- Setup automation tests frameworks on new/existing products with development teams.
- Audit and challenge current architectures for automation tests on different products at Pictet.
- Analyze and improve representativity of test data in development environments as well as the lifecycle of test data.
- Coach developers towards best practices in automation testing: Performance testing, Stress testing, Regression testing.
- Work closely with our DEVOPS engineers in order to improve integration of automation tests into test containers.
- Staying up to date and technologically aware of Test Frameworks in the market.
Our ideal candidate should have:
- Advanced degree in software engineering coupled with relevant professional experience.
- Confirmed Core skills as a test engineer in one of the following testing frameworks: Cucumber, Jenkins, Selenium, Protractor, Jasmine, Jest, Cypress, …
- Good grasp on core Java and the Java-based technology stack in general.
